The role of Delphi Bank Customer Service Officer is an exciting and rewarding position within our branch team environment. Not only will you assist with over the counter transactions and actively listen to our customers to provide relevant solutions but also the opportunity to develop skills with managing a deposit book portfolio to take you to the next level.

A successful Customer Service Officer will possess the following skills and capabilities:

Building Customer Loyalty - A friendly and efficient approach with a strong desire to find solutions that meet customer financial needs.

Communication - An ability to confidently talk to customers face to face or over the telephone. 

Contribute to Team success - Be a values driven and career orientated person.

Community Engagement - Have a willingness to be actively involved in local community engagement activities that make a difference.

Impact - Creating a good first impression and have an eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different.

Quality Orientation - Be a team player in a dynamic branch team environment in all areas

Initiating Action - Taking prompt action to accomplish objectives; being proactive.

Key Functions:

  • Work within a diverse team and contribute to creating a rewarding work environment.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Prompt and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Perform general administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Adhere to Bank policy and procedures at all times
  • Fluency in the Greek language is preferred

Experience in banking and finance industry is a plus but certainly not essential. 

A drivers licence is preferable as you may be required as relief our other branches.

If you reside in the Maroubra surrounding areas could also be an advantage.
