About the role

As a Mobile Relationship Manager you will predominantly be responsible for small business lending but also see some consumer lending included.  You will play an integral role in the long-term success of the branches you support through driving lending growth via new business development and you will deliver an exceptional customer experience through tailored lending solutions.

You will be based out of our Hobart Branch, but your office isn't a cubicle.  It's anywhere your customers want it to be: their home, their business, a Branch, a food court if that's their thing.  You will need to be agile in responding to customer needs as their availability will require evening and weekend work.   

 

About You

To be successful in this role you:

  • have an in depth knowledge of SME markets to establish and implement strategies that achieve growth of your portfolio
  • thrive on the challenge of driving business growth; not through gimmickry, but by connecting to a customer's needs and devising practical lending solutions
  • display the people skills to succeed in a leadership and mentoring role
  • demonstrate business development skills and established quality referrals and networks with the ability to acquire a diverse customer base
  • possess highly developed lending knowledge and credit analysis skills
  • can manage volumes of work with an organised approach and attention to detail
  • are rewarded by developing relationships and getting involved with the communities you service
