The newly formed Performance, Talent and Reward team has amalgamated a group of high achieving consultants with a united purpose – to shift the organisation’s performance through enabling leaders to fully engage employees in the Bank’s employee value proposition and reinforce the relationship between performance and reward.  To complement this team we are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant, Organisational Development. Our people don’t have the luxury of a glorious throne and minions to serve us – so we need you to be able to strategize, design, execute and finish. You will need to identify and quantify your OD accomplishments and the value they added to the business through your extensive employment experience. We want to hear about how you embedded the changes you designed successfully.

At the top of our wish list is someone with significant Organisational Psychology practice in a large corporate – this should be backed up by formal industry qualifications and a licence to operate key tools.  

In the most basic terms, our ideal candidate is a closer. One who executes organisational development and talent management strategies and understands that success doesn’t just mean an epic opening – it needs a comprehensive middle act and more importantly, a closing act. And then rinse and repeat. We want solutions that align to our organisational strategy and culture across the entire employee lifecycle.
