Valley Community Financial Services Ltd operates 5 branches including Diamond Creek, Doreen and Mernda, Eltham, Hurstbridge and Kinglake. As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) you will work in conjunction with the Branch Manager to support the team to meet individual and group targets, specifically around sales and referring new business. You will be required to assist in the development of branch staff's product knowledge to help customers achieve their financial goals. Your work will play an important role in the life of the local community.

We are looking for a motivated person who will be responsible for the success of our customers by focussing on developing rapport, proactively building relationships and meeting their needs via the provision of relevant products and services.


This is a full time 12 month contract position.

  • Thrive on the challenge of driving business growth; not through gimmickry, but by connecting to a customer's needs and devising practical lending solutions
  • Have proven sales success and customer acquisition skills
  • Are rewarded by developing relationships and getting involved with the communities you service
  • Have a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Display the people skills to succeed in a leadership and mentoring role
  • Experience in banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential
  • FSRA accreditation Tier 2, delegated lending authority (DLA) will be advantageous
