About the role and location

Mundubbera Community Bank® has been established over 10 years and is located in the Fraser Coast, Wide Bay Region Queensland, 200 kilometres west of Bundaberg and we have a permanent, full-time position available.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of Mundubbera Community Bank®, leading the way with our unique philosophy. You will be given the support you need to do what you do best – listening to customers and using your skills to help them achieve their financial goals. You will be part of a small close knit team who are focussed on working collaboratively to achieve our targets and goals.


About you

  • Extensive experience in a customer service environment
  • Sales experience, preferably with KPI’s achieving sales performance
  • An ability to confidently talk to customers face to face or over the telephone
  • A strong desire to find solutions that meet customer needs
  • Be a values driven and career orientated person
  • Be team player in a fast paced branch team environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Have a willingness to be actively involved in local community engagement activities that make a difference
