Business Banking Strategy and Solutions – Specialised Lending provides corporate, commercial and property lending products and services to customers through professional relationship and account management teams within Specialised Lending. This involves application of the Bank's lending policy and strategies through prudent lending processes to ensure high credit standards are maintained in risk management practices while achieving the Bank's profit and growth objectives and meeting Specialised Lending's customer needs.

We have an opportunity available for an Assistant Manager, Retirement Living & Aged Care in Adelaide to join our highly motivated national team to contribute to the growth of our business.

The role:

This role requires the successful candidate to actively contribute to meeting budgetary objectives by assisting in the management of sales growth, margin pricing, fee income and operating costs. Contributing to successfully meeting these objectives is a willingness to develop new business opportunities whilst mitigating risks and ensuring quality portfolio control.

About you:

Ideally, you will have strong lending experience and/or appropriate tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (such as Commerce or Accounting) or post-secondary qualifications in property or banking. You will need to have strong problem solving skills and the capacity to learn as a much of the role is taught 'on the job' and requires an element of self-direction. We operate in a team based environment and as such you will need strong interpersonal skills and relationship building capacity.
