About the role

As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will provide a high standard of professional service that explores the customer’s needs and circumstances and provides solutions relevant to their lifestyle. You will demonstrate a high level of ownership which is based on building strong relationships with customers and the wider community. You will actively engage our customers to generate loan approvals and deposits.


The successful candidate will support the Branch Manager in developing and coaching team members to provide quality referrals and know our products and services. You will also actively mentor staff through complex customer enquiries to ensure that exceptional customer service is provided to assist our customers achieve their financial goals.


We have a full time permanent position available. The successful candidate may be required to work at the Rowville branch. Saturday mornings are required on a rotating roster basis.


About you

As a Customer Relationship Officer you will bring:

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and identify relevant products and solutions
  • Capability to coach, direct and train on products, services and complex customer enquiries
  • Proven planning and time management skills
  • A desire to participate in local activities and engage with community groups
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Experience in consumer lending would be advantageous
