About the role and location

Cardwell is a small community and located in North Queensland the doorstep to Hinchinbrook Island and the small team have an opportunity for a new staff member to join.

Known internally as a Customer Relationship Officer the role provides a high standard of professional service that explores the customer’s needs and circumstances and provides solutions relevant to their lifestyle.  You will demonstrate a high level of ownership which is based on building strong relationships with customer and the wider community.  You will actively engage our customers to explore all the services and best products to suit their needs.

The position will ideally suit someone who wants to help grow our business and support & fulfil the local community’s aspirations.  They will be developing and coaching team members in our products, services and quality referrals.  The role is full-time Monday to Friday.

 

About you

You may an experienced sales professional or bring banking & finance experience and the successful applicant will have lending knowledge and the ability to lead a small motivated team;

  • Demonstrable experience in consistently meeting sales targets
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers to identify their relevant products and solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • FSRA Accreditation Tier 2 will be advantageous
  • Experience in consumer lending will be advantageous
