With recent changes we have a new Senior Customer Relationship Manager position which will lead the team and work closely with the Mobile Relationship Manager. We are looking for a motivated person who will be responsible for the success of our customers by focussing on developing rapport, proactively building relationships and meeting their needs via the provision of relevant products and services.  


In this position, you will be responsible for the daily management and operation of the branch. You will support the team to meet individual and group targets, specifically around sales and referring new business. You will also be required to assist in the development of branch staff's product knowledge to help customers achieve their financial goals. 


We have a full time permanent position available at our Heathmont Community Bank® Branch.


Skills, Experience, Knowledge


Ideally you will be experienced in Consumer Lending and:

  •   Thrive on the challenge of driving business growth; not through gimmickry, but by connecting to a customer's needs and devising practical lending solutions
  •   Have proven sales success and customer acquisition skills
  •   Display the people skills to succeed in a leadership and mentoring role
  •   Have a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding targets
  •   Are rewarded by developing relationships and getting involved with the communities you service
  •   FSRA T2, Lending DLA and Insurance accreditation (Loansure and CGU)
  •   Knowledge of Loan Application Processing System, Branch Delivery Systems and Customer Service Systems and knowledge of Branch operations are highly desirable
