Bendigo and Adelaide's Business Banking division is now called Business Customer and we have refined our customer segmentation to provide a better focussed approach to servicing our customers and growing our business. The Middle Market segment consists of commercial portfolios with complex lending typically in the range of $750k - $10 million and each geographical region is lead by a Regional Manager Middle Market. This role will be integral to the success of our new strategy by ensuring the national strategy is executed successfully within their region.
We currently have a vacancy for a Regional Manager Middle Market looking after our NSW North region and based in Sydney.
Key to your success will be your approach to leadership:
You have the ability to tap into what motivates people and inspire them to achieve outcomes. You will need to support your team through this change period and come out on the other side with an engaged and collaborative crew who are committed to adopting successful sales operating rhythms and who have our customers front of mind in everything they do.
You invest in your people, providing mentoring and coaching to further their development and progression. You are also able to provide timely feedback and support when it’s needed to ensure performance outcomes are achieved.
You will also:
Be hands-on: at the table, pitching, pricing and negotiating with key customers and guiding your staff through the highly complex deals.
Have a strong performance focus, establishing a culture built on accountability and achieving outcomes in a way that is true our values. You have the ability to deliver growth whilst balancing this with the Bank’s risk appetite.
Be a recognised relationship builder, forming collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and strong networks with local business communities. Relationships are central to our customer value proposition, and you will use your own strengths in this area to uplift these skills in your team.
