The role of Customer Service Officer is an exciting and rewarding position within our branch team environment, which requires you to actively listen to our customers and provide them with relevant solutions to their banking and wealth needs. You will need to have good communication, cash handling experience and computer skills, a friendly and efficient approach.

 

A successful Customer Service Officer will possess the following skills and capabilities:

 

Building Customer Loyalty - A strong desire to find solutions that meet customer financial needs.

Communication - An ability to confidently talk to customers face to face or over the telephone. 

Contribute to Team success - Be a values driven and career orientated person.

Customer Engagement - Have a willingness to be actively involved in local community engagement activities that make a difference.

Key Functions:

  • Work within a diverse team and contribute to creating a rewarding work environment.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Prompt and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Perform general administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Adhere to Bank policy and procedures at all times
  • Understanding of the Hellenic Culture.

 

Experience in banking and finance industry is a plus but certainly not essential.  We will provide extensive training and coaching to ensure your ongoing success in the role as well as provide opportunities to expand your career progression within our business.
