We currently have an entry level opportunity available for a Customer Service Officer – Grade 2 to join our dynamic and successful team in our South-East Region, contributing to the growth of our business supported by a positive work environment.
Working closely with an energised team, you will have a strong focus on creating positive experiences for our customers throughout their banking journey and will contribute to team targets.
Efficiency and accuracy form a key part of your day-to-day operations, which includes processing of deposits, payments and other transactions, identifying sales opportunities and providing appropriate banking solutions to meet customers’ needs.
With a genuine interest in a banking career, you have a strong customer focus and thrive in dynamic working environments. You enjoy working within a diverse team environment and contributing to the creation of a rewarding work culture.
With cash handling experience, you have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering valuable customer experiences, every time. You embrace change and enjoy performing a range of duties which contribute to overall team performance.
Together with your high attention to detail and proven ability to prioritise, you enjoy developing customer relationships and providing innovative solutions for new and existing customers.
Skills and Knowledge
- Previous experience in banking/financial services or a retail environment is highly advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Understanding of Hellenic culture and values.
