About the role
The Specialist Lending segment focuses predominantly on Property customers and Retirement Living and Aged Care customers, with lending in the $10m+ space. Known internally as a Senior Property Specialist you will manage commercial property customer relationships and acquisition, contributing to the lending growth and retention targets for Bendigo and Adelaide Bank’s commercial property lending.
This vacancy is new for our Sydney team, so your initial focus will be customer acquisition while you reach out to your networks, generate opportunities and build your portfolio. Key to your success will be:
Business development: Develop and implement localised plans to acquire new business in line with business objectives and help Bendigo Bank grow our presence in the Sydney market.
Relationships: Form collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and strong networks with local industry and community groups. Connect with your customers through quality conversations to design and deliver innovative, holistic and needs-based solutions. Build deep and lasting relationships.
Performance focus: You are able to manage your portfolio with a focus on maintaining credit and quality in accordance with the Bank’s credit risk appetite and policies and achieving outcomes in a way that is true our values.
This is a full time, permanent position, with flexible work options available. Based in Sydney.
