As a Mobile Relationship Manager you will play a leadership role in the long-term development of the local business community. You will require a detailed knowledge of the commercial and SME markets to establish and implement strategies to achieve growth of your portfolio. The ability to establish and maintain quality referral networks will be critical to ensure the continued growth of your portfolio. By proactively servicing these needs you will establish and maintain sustainable relationships. You will also assist in the development of support staff.
Reporting to the Senior Mobile Relationship Manager the position’s key focus is to develop and manage consumer and SME business by building a two-way referral partnership with “buddy” branches and by establishing strong relationships with both new and existing customers that provides for all their financial needs.

Extensive knowledge of lending policies and procedures and BBL products and services.
Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Sound computer skills

Highly developed individual customer relationship & presentation skills
Exceptional business development & marketing skills
Extensive experience and proven track record in dealing with personal clients within the consumer/retail & small business lending environments.
Track record in developing internal & external referral networks
Ability to manage/coach/mentor/develop staff (where applicable)
Well developed business acumen/strong financial analysis skills.
Key Functions:
Provide financial services (including advice on relevant products and services to suit customer needs as authorised by the Bank by way of an Authorisation to Provide Financial Product Advice
Identify and help Customers reach their goals by offering banking solutions relevant to their lifestyle.
Sourcing new profitable clients through own and/or bank developed initiatives
Establishing and maintaining a strong quality internal & external referral network
Building & maintaining long-term customer relationships through understanding the needs of the customer and by providing customised solutions
Providing leadership, coaching & mentoring to subordinate & support staff (where applicable)
Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of any loan applications either through processing and approval by self or referral on to relevant authorities and areas.
Undertake Learning & Development courses to perform role in line with bank and regulatory requirements
Adhere to Bank policy and procedures at all times.
